The CEOs and Key Executives of my three Vistage groups recently returned from their annual spring trips to resorts in the Texas Hill Country and Islamorada, Florida.
The purpose of these getaways is to extend the time we spend in our monthly day-long meetings in order to get to know one another better, have some fun and work on the meaty issues that naturally bubble up over dinner, a cocktail or around a campfire.
