What are the best places to work in Dallas?

As listings of companies considered the Best Places to Work in Dallas and the nation are published, ask yourself,
Is our company on the list?

Before dismissing these lists as fluff or self-promotion, consider the fact that companies on Fortune magazine’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” list report lower turnover and higher levels of productivity. Publicly traded companies on this list have seen their stock price increase an average of 10.8 percent.

And as the economy improves, top talent will be increasingly difficult to locate, recruit and retain. Top performers are selective about where they choose to work.

In my hometown of Dallas, The Dallas Morning News publishes the list that’s compiled by Workplace Dynamics, which conducts surveys in 43 other markets. A special shout-out to my client Southwest Media Group, which made the list for the third consecutive year.

In this year’s survey, workers in Dallas were more positive on every factor used to measure workplace engagement than the national average, including these key factors:
