Studies show most people make resolutions around weight (losing it) and money (saving it).
We also know that by now – just 40 days into the New Year – one of every three people who made a New Year’s resolution has already slacked off. By June, only half the people who made resolutions will still be committed.
]As a leader, it’s not too late to consider these five behaviors to be more intentional about in 2015:
- Be a leader others want to follow.
- Help a colleague reach their potential.
- Become a better listener.
- Look for opportunities to innovate.
- Realize your actions speak louder than your words.
Thanks to Rob Grand-Lienard, CEO of Special Products & Manufacturing, for sharing this list for leaders for 2015.
If you stay focused on these five behaviors, everyone on your team will celebrating this time next year.
