What Matters Most to You?
Twelve years ago, I posted a blog entitled “A Time to Reflect” and the response was gratifying.
Twelve more days and 2022 will be in the books.
Twelve months of activity is drawing to a close.
What was your best decision? What did you learn?

December—even with the hustle and bustle of the holidays—is a terrific time to reflect on the past year and cast your thoughts to the year ahead.
While I encourage the leaders I work with to think about what they want to accomplish in their business, I also encourage them to extend their thinking to consider what they want to achieve in their personal lives.
