Culture: By Design or Default?

Your organization’s culture is the sum of your collective behavior.

How things get done – or don’t get done – is what makes your workplace environment unique.

Do you have a culture by design or by default? Just as you cultivate a garden, you must cultivate a workplace environment where high performance is the expectation.

What would an impartial visitor to your organization see, hear, and experience? How would the observed behavior align with the behavior you say you want?

Is yours a culture that is created and nurtured intentionally, or is yours a culture that occurs by happenstance?
