It’s mid-term. We’ve reached the halfway point of 2013.

How would you grade your organization’s performance?

Would your team agree?

What about your bank, your board or any other impartial observer?

I’m currently writing a book on accountability in the workplace, and I’ve created an online accountability assessment that is available for free the rest of this month.

The assessment is completely confidential and takes about 10 minutes. The assessment will help you pinpoint areas of strength and identify opportunities for improvement. Once you’ve completed the assessment, I’ll review your answers and email you your confidential report.

Think of this assessment as a mid-term report card on your performance.
