I was in #Chicago this past weekend getting our daughter settled in to start a summer internship with high-powered ad agency #LeoBurnett.

Jordan and I indulged our inner #FerrisBueller and took in a #Cubs game at #WrigleyField.

You may recall the scene from this iconic 1986 film where Ferris, Sloane and Cameron are at the ballpark and Cameron is encouraging the player at the plate: “batter, batter, batter, batter…swing, batter.”

When it’s your turn to bat – to complete a key activity on time or make a tough decision – take a swing.

Don’t wait for someone else to do it. Don’t let your team down. Don’t strike out watching chances pass you by.

Swing, batter.
