People crave leadership.

Even when we disagree with a leader, their beliefs drive decisions that energize us.  We can choose to move toward their vision or away from it.

Today is voting day in America.  If you’ve not already done so, I encourage you to vote.  Exercise the freedom to choose national, state and local leaders.  Many people have sacrificed their lives for us to have a voice in the future.

If you think your vote doesn’t count, you’re wrong.  In the 2000 general election, 57 votes in Florida decided the U.S. presidency.

In your organization, your beliefs and actions add up to outcomes.  If you like the way things are going, make sure you‘re replicating success.  If you don’t like the results you’re getting, do something about it.  But don’t just sit there.
