A Test for the Best

Earlier this month, Susan Hawk was sworn in as the first female District Attorney in the history of Dallas County.

She encouraged her staff of lawyers, investigators and administrators not to judge success by conviction rates.

Hawk encouraged them to take on “the impossible case – as long as it is for what you believe is just and right.”

And she shared advice from her father who once told her to, “Find the most difficult job, do the very best you can and with that, you will find your passion. And with your passion, you will find your confidence. And with your confidence, you will find your success.”

Are you testing yourself with difficult jobs to find your passion…your confidence…your success?
