One hundred years ago this month the Panama Canal opened, making it possible for ships to travel between the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans through the Isthmus of Panama in half the time previously required.

The 77.1 kilometer (48 mi) canal took more than a decade to complete and was considered the largest and most difficult engineering project ever undertaken.

What significant accomplishment have you set for your organization?

How will you align and motivate your team to achieve this significant objective?

I’ve led more than 165 strategic planning sessions and have two openings between now and year-end.
